Command Your Listings
My most popular class! Get Ready step up your agent's listings game? This 3 hour course will teach agents how to best utilize Command to manage and market their listings. They will get the best practices for creating winning Facebook ads and social posts. We will create a stellar marketing plan that will win them more listings.

Command Your Database
Your Database is your DataBANK. Utilizing the tips in this class, agents will learn how to ensure their contacts have all the important information needed to properly reach out to them regularly. From there, agents will be able to setup a 36 touch plan as well as finding ways to track consumer engagement. This class is 2 Hours.

Command Your Lead Gen
In this class, agents will learn how to create successful Facebook ads that capture leads. This includes a winning follow-up system that has proven results. Agents will be able to walk away with ad ideas and SmartPlans for a successful lead gen source. This class is 2 Hours.

Garrett created Command Consult as an agent who saw a missing opportunity to coach agents with Command. Garrett has been a Realtor® since 2014 and still is in production today in Reno, NV. He has been a Regional Tech Trainer for KWRI and is currently a LABS Advisor for them. Garrett's high proficiency of Command and using it daily in his business allows him to train on strategies that he himself uses.

How much is a class?

Classes will vary in cost depending on location and if another office nearby is booked on the same trip. If there is another market center nearby, many choose to piggyback off each other to have back to back days that will reduce the expense. Most classes range from $199-$299 with options to have at no-cost with Command Consult's preferred partner sponsors. We can discuss the sponsored option on our information call.

What does a market center visit from Garrett look like?

The day starts with Garrett arriving to the office in the morning. He has four, 1 hour appointments available for either additional classes, one-on-ones, or recruiting/retention appointments. Depending if a morning or afternoon class is chosen, Garrett will meet with your agents throughout the day consulting them on Command. These appointments are optional and paid by either the market center or the agent.

What promotional items will we get to promote the class?

To promote for the class, you will receive multiple marketing materials over a series of weeks. The materials will vary from flyers to hang up, social media posts as well as promotional video. Many market centers opt to send Command Consult an agent roster to allow us to send an email invitation and reminder to the agents.
