Why am I am getting an error when trying to post to Facebook?There is a connection issue between your KW account and your Facebook account. You will have to disconnect the connections on both sides and then reconnect. Follow the process below: Disconnect the account from Console settings 1) Login to Command. 2) Move to Settings page. 3) Disconnect FB account from the Marketing Automation section. Remove App from Facebook settings 4) Remove the app from Facebook.com -> Settings -> Business Integration 5) Select the App and Click Remove button. 6) A popup modal will appear. DO NOT select checkbox for "delete all posts, photos and videos on Facebook that Keller Williams API may have published on your behalf.. Only click Remove button. Re-connect again from Console settings 7) Connect again from Command -> Settings. Make sure you have selected all pages. 9) Click OK

How do I login to my KW app?The KW app is meant for consumers. You will likely need to create an account on your app. Once an account is created, you will have the same features and ability as your clients.

What is included in the subscription?The subscription gets you a fully formatted and ready to import newsletter file. The newsletter consists on average of 3 trending real estate articles as well as 2 home tips/maintenace items. We also add a couple of fun based facts/tips around real estate! The template will also automatically personalize to your marketing profile in Command with a header and footer. Every subscriber will get a catalog of video training on customizing and editing your newsletter with any additional substance. Although the newsletter can be sent without adding any additional customizations.

Can I see who opens and clicks on my newsletter?YES! Recently added in Command, sending emails through Campaigns now allows us to see who opens, clicks and replies to our newsletters!

Is there more than just one newsletter option?For launch, we will be launching one template but intend to have multiple versions in the coming months. Do you have any ideas of styles or additions to the newsletter service? Submit your ideas below!

Will this be sent automatically?At this time, newsletters cannot be sent automatically and must be manually sent. This option may be added when functionality in Command for this is enabled. Sending manually gives you the option to customize your newsletters to add additional content to your local area.

What happens once I purchase?Once you purchase one of these training programs, you will receive an email that will include a private Calendly link which will allow you to book your sessions for whichever time is convenient for you.
